The video starts with a close-up of a woman filling a glass vase with water from a kitchen sink. The scene cuts to show an older woman with short gray hair arranging a bouquet of purple and yellow flowers by the sink. A decorative metal sign on the wall reads "Live." Tommye smiles at the camera while interviewing in her living room. A blue banner appears with white text. Upbeat music plays throughout.
Tommye M.: I'm not like I was in my forties, now that I'm in my sixties. And I didn't have health problems when I was younger. And it seems like as I've evolved and aged, you need the help.

Jennifer B.: Miss Tommye is very much a good advocate for herself. She's very knowledgeable about her conditions.
The cuts to white text over a blurred image of someone writing on a document.

The blur disappears and reveals Tommye at a table, looking thoughtfully at a document. Jennifer enters Tommye's living room, smiling and greeting her.
Jennifer B.: Hey Miss Tommye, how are you?
Tommye M.: Come on in.
Jennifer interviews on a bench outdoors.
Jennifer B.: We try to coordinate all the services as much as possible. Um, sometimes you'll find that the specialists don't necessarily talk with the primary care doctors or the primary care doctors are not aware that they're going to see a specialist sometimes. So we try to coordinate all of that so everybody's on the same page.
The video cuts to Tommye walking through her apartment with the help of a walker. The doorway is decorated with red, white, and blue tinsel garlands. Tommye prepares a plate of fruit in her kitchen, slicing an apple and peeling an orange.
Tommye M.: I buy a lot of salad and vegetables and fruit, and it's wonderful that it's included in my UnitedHealthcare Dual Complete benefits.
White text appears over an image of Tommye and Jennifer talking on the couch.

The video cuts to Tommye interviewing.
Tommye M.: I get a UCard. I buy healthy foods and my supplements with the OTC. And it helps because of my income being pretty low.
The video cuts to Tommye and Jennifer sit on the couch, talking.
Jennifer B.: You've been going to the store? So you've been using your UCard?
Tommye M.: I've been using my UCard. It's an added cushion there, knowing that somebody has my back… is checking on me.
The video cuts to Tommye and Jennifer outside looking at bouquets of flowers at a market.
Jennifer B.: We can call any of the doctors or specialists to see if there's anything going on that they're not aware of.
The camera focuses on the red, white, and blue tinsel in the doorway, with Tommye and Jennifer talking out of focus in the background. Tommye is then shown interviewing.
Tommye M.: That someone was there caring and making sure I had everything I needed. It feels like I have a quality of life and I can be on my own. It matters that you have that personal touch through UnitedHealthcare to be there with you and walk you through.
The video cuts to Tommye placing a vase of flowers on her windowsill and looking out the window. The video dissolves to a white screen with blue text. The music fades.
